Len Hart is a second career Real Estate Agent who began this journey in 2003. Having spent 28 years working in the Commercial Printing field. The Parent Company he worked for closed down five plants including the plant he was managing in Silver Spring, MD. His Real Estate Agent found out about the plant closing and invited Len to join the Brokerage. So rather than transfer to another City and another printing plant only to face that demise again another day, Len studied and passed his Real Estate exams.
Once he began his Real Estate business, he found much success using the customer service skills he once taught to the people in the printing field. Len also realized that the ONLY thing he was selling is himself and his service to his clients. This became apparent and knew that the house a client selected to buy was their house, not Len’s. Once that realization became apparent Len found that he was more of a project manager helping clients through the process. Listing houses for seller clients was a process developed with systems that became very successful in varying market conditions. Len knew that as markets changed staying abreast of those changes was necessary in order to help guide both his Buyer and Seller clients through their process.
Len’s family is a large reason for his motivation and drive to be successful. He and his wife live in Ellicott City now with their two dogs, Charlie and Layla. Len has three grown daughters, a grandson, and two granddaughters. Len and his wife love to travel in this wonderful country. Being outdoors hiking, and Len attempts to like golfing…
